According to Radnor Police, Christopher was last seen Wednesday morning at Radnor Crossing Apartments in St. Davids and had been acting "paranoid and irrational."

When he left his apartment Christopher left his personal belongings and car behind. He may be riding a black and yellow racing bike, according to police.
Christopher is a 46-years-old black man who is six-feet, four-inches tall and has a muscular build.
