Don't know about Radnor but Em J's Cafe in Berwyn has lots of gluten free offerings.

Both Whole Foods and Wegmans have Gluten Free prepared items clearly marked. Also Wegeman's has a Gluten Free area with many, many items, including frozen entree's. The also stock two Gluten Free Beers.

In Phoenixville we have Franco's Ristorante which serves gluten free Pasta and pizza...

Giant in St David's has a large gluten free area. Christopher's in Wayne has great gluten free pizza, as does Mom's Pizza in Devon.
