The most expensive home on the market in Radnor Township is named Albermarle, 17-acre estate that was originally part of the 750-acre Ardrossan Farm and was once the stable of Col. Robert Montgomery.

According to Prudential Fox and Roach, the four-bedroom, four full bathroom house is 82-years-old but was renovated in 2006. It sits on 16.93 acres.
