Wondrous Winston the Cat will Wander into Your Heart

This tan cat named, Winston, is curious and always wondering what's going on around him. He will wander right into your heart. He would love to find a home of his own and is available for adoption at the Delco SPCA. 

The SPCA is offering a special on . The adoption fee for all tan, orange, red or brown, colored cats, six months or older, is 50 percent off throughout the month.
