Board of Commissioners president Elaine Paul Schaefer was elected Tuesday to her second term in office to represent the township's Fourth Ward.
Board of Commissioners president Elaine Paul Schaefer was elected Tuesday to her second term in office to represent the township's Fourth Ward.
According to unofficial numbers, Schaefer defeated Republican challenger Al Phelan 682 to 526 votes.
