Who: Parent and Child, 6-10 years old
What: Yoga has been proven to have wonderful benefits for individuals of any age; it increases strength, flexibility, coordination, self-awareness, and self-esteem. Poses inspire creativity, as well as provide a sense of calmness and relaxation. Yoga philosophy encourages teamwork and teaches respect, compassion and sharing. This class presents an opportunity for kids and parents to get together to have fun with movement!
