FREE EVENT! Please join us at our Winter Open House, Saturday, January 26th from 9am-3pm.  Fitness and Fun for the whole family! Activities include Group Exercise Classes, Small Group Training Demos, Massages, MindBody Classes and more....


For the kids we have a Moon Bounce, Jungle John, Crafts, Swim Lessons, and Face Painting.


Food and refreshments served all day.
