Sean Moir Presents the Revolutionary War in Our Area

This event is co-sponsored by Radnor Historical Society.  Sean Moir, a Tredyffrin Township resident, will present an animated map of local Revolutionary War troop movements, including Washington’s route after the Battle of Brandywine from Philadelphia through Radnor, which eventually led to the Paoli Massacre. The map will allow the audience to follow the British and American armies hour-by-hour. Moir combines his software and geographic information system skills with his personal interest in history to create his groundbreaking
animated battle maps. Moir places heavy emphasis on mapping the cultural landscape upon which fighting and marching occurred.
