Weight Loss Discussion Group: Can the Dr. Oz. approach work?
What does Dr. Oz suggest you do? According
to Dr. Oz, taking Guggal, raspberry ketone, wild mango, White Bean extract and L-Carnosine supplements on a regular basis can help ease cravings and keep the weight off. I will briefly review Dr. Oz’s recommendations on Guggal and wild mango here. I more in depth discussion will be part of the meeting group activities.
Dr. Oz on Guggul Supplements: Slow digestion. Dr. Oz says to take 150 mg of Guggul herbal supplements with your meals. This increases your metabolism to help melt off fat. Also, exercise is a must for this body type.
Dr. Oz on Wild African Mango: Wild African Mango Seed Extracts: An exotic super fruit called 'African Mango' is quickly becoming America's hottest new way to lose weight. Dr. Mehmet Oz called it a "breakthrough supplement" and a "miracle in your medicine cabinet". Dr. Tanya Edwards, M.D., called African Mango extract a "miracle pill" after it helped her lose 7 pounds in less than a month without making any changes to her diet or exercise routine. This may not be the case for everyone. We will discuss the pros and cons at the meeting.
Dr. Oz on Raspberry Ketone: Basically raspberry ketones help rapidly lose weight and keep it off-especially off the butt, tummy and thighs.
Are there other Herbal Supplements that are equally helpful with weight loss? The answer is yes. If you want to speed up your metabolism and drop those stubborn pounds, there are other herbal supplements that can definitely help. We will discuss these other herbal supplements at the meetings.
