Concentration
will be on geometric variations for a six or eight pointed star; developing
pattern pieces to be cut out of  Sterling
Silver for fabrication of the design.  The
construct will be an open bridgework; the pattern pieces or elements will be
developed with bevels, notches and tabs aiding stabilization of the
intersections for soldering.

Students
should possess a good knowledge of sawing, filing, soldering and polishing;
expecting to hone their skills in these areas while concentrating on structure
development and engineering.
