Philly Artist Thomas Vance Presents Exhibition at Cabrini

Sept. 23-Oct. 24: Philly artist Thomas Vance's "Framing Nightingales" exhibition at Cabrini College includes sculpture, paintings and drawings that reference the relationship binding nature with architecture. His works are particularly influenced by his travels in Japan.

Vance's exhibition is in the Gorevin Gallery, located on the second floor of Cabrini College's Holy Spirit Library. Gallery hours are:

Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Sunday: 1-10 p.m.

A visual artist, Vance teaches courses in drawing at Temple University's Tyler School of Art and Philadelphia University.

Vance will present an artist talk in the Gorevin Gallery on Thursday, Sept. 26 at 5:45 p.m. during a reception, 5-7 p.m.
