Community Corner

Shakepeare in the Park

Each year the
Wayne Art Center offers a series of creative and fun performances, artist
demonstrations and art workshops as a special treat to our campers, their
families, and our community.  On Tuesday, July 15th at 7:00PM
join the Wayne Art Center & Radnor Township Recreation Department as we
present the 3rd Annual Shakespeare in the Park event to feature Twelfth Night.  Held outdoors at the Willows Mansion, the
show runs approximately 2 hours, will feature live music and light
refreshments.   We encourage guests to
bring a picnic, lawn chair, or a blanket to watch as we bring Shakespeare to
the Willows!  In the event of inclement
weather, please check www.radnor.com for
the events status.  Appropriate for all ages.

All Summer Entertainment
Series programs are offered FREE & open to the public.  The Wayne Art Center would like to
sincerely thank our sponsors for these events:
we are grateful to The Radnor
Memorial Library
(www.radnorlibrary.org), Radnor Township Recreation Department (www.radnor.com), The Riverbend Environmental Education
Center
(www.riverbendeec.org),
Artist Jaime Connolly, and Chef/Story
Teller Michele Haines.   Without their generous support these programs
would not be possible.

We hope that you & your family will be able to join us for one, or
all of these fun summer programs.  For further information on these, or any of
our events or programs, please visit our website at www.wayneart.org, or call our office at
610-688-3553.
