State Rep Mary Jo Daley Visits Main Line Unitarian

“How to Become An Effective Advocate for Reproductive Justice”

Featured Speakers: Pennsylvania Representative Mary Jo Daley and Maggie Groff of Planned Parenthood

There has been a tremendous outpouring of interest and support from the Main Line Unitarian Church congregation and the larger interfaith community for the Choose Reproductive Justice curriculum that started at the church last month.

On Sunday, November 10, from 12:30–2:00 p.m., learn “How to Become An Effective Advocate for Reproductive Justice.” We are honored to have Pennsylvania State Representative Mary Jo Daley from Montgomery County and Maggie Groff, VP for External Affairs of Planned Parenthood Southeastern PA, come to lead the day’s discussion. These leaders will inform us of the latest issues in Harrisburg and outline ways in which we all can become advocates for justice no matter what issue we champion.

The final session of MLUC’s program, which will focus on “Putting Faith into Action,” takes place on Sunday, November 17, from 5:30–8:00 p.m. All sessions are free and open to the public. Visit www.mluc.org/reproductivejustice.
