Wreaths Across America Coming to Wayne Thursday

The wreaths will eventually be placed on headstones at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia during the month of December.

On Thursday Wreaths Across America will come to Wayne.

The convoy will be passing through Wayne between 1 and 1:45 p.m. down Lancaster Avenue to the Farmers Market on the way to Valley Forge Military Academy and College.

There will be a service at 1:30 pm in the Alumni Memorial Chapel of St. Cornelius the Centurion at the school.

Ceremonial wreaths will be placed in the chapel to remember those who served. The wreaths have been donated and will eventually be placed on headstones at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia during the month of December. 

The Wreaths Across America mission is to Remember the fallen; Honor those who serve and Teach our children the value of freedom.
