Real Estate Market Looking Up in Radnor
More homes were sold for more money in 2012 than the prior year.
Radnor Township home sales in 2012 increased 16.9 percent over 2011.
According to a Home Market report from Prudential Fox and Roach Realtors, 305 properties changed hands in the township last year. In 2011 that number was 261; in 2010 it was 225.

Radnor fared seventh best percentage-wise out of nine Main Line municipalities included in the report.
The median price of a home sold in Radnor increased 2.3 percent in 2012 to $ 562,500 from $ 550,000 the prior year. In 2010 that number was $ 561,250.

The average days on the market for homes that sold in Radnor in 2012 decreased by 8.4 percent from 89 in 2011 to 84 days, according to the Prudential Fox and Roach report. In 2010 that number was 86.
