Obamacare going forward: strategic presentation (Wednesday, August 1)

With Obamacare declared constitutional, business owners and individuals face important healthcare decisions. Learn your options at a free presentation and discussion Wednesday, August 1st, 7-9 p.m.

With Obamacare now declared constitutional, each state is required to form a Health Care Insurance Exchange. What does this mean for businesses and individuals trying to plan for the future? What options are there for retaining access to comprehensive coverage as well as individual choice in the delivery of optimal medical care?

The Delaware County Patriots and Americans For Prosperity (AFP) will be hosting a presentation and panel discussion of the key provisions and major implications of the Patient Protection and Affordable Health Care Act on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 from 7 – 9 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus Mater Dei Hall on 327 N. Newtown Street Road (Route 252 North) in Newtown Square. The event is free and open to the public.

Guest speakers will include Dr. Richard Leshner, cardiologist, St. Mary’s Medical Center; Katy Abram, policy analyst, AFP; and Chris Stigall, talk radio host, WPHT-1210AM. Plans call for a Q & A session after the presentations.  Area residents and business owners are encouraged to attend this important discussion – and to bring family and friends.
