Xilantro Zoning Appeal for Outdoor Dining Approved by Radnor ZHB

Xilantro's zoning appeal for outdoor dining was approved by Radnor's ZHB at the Thursday, June 16th hearing.

Radnor Township's Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) approved Xilantro's zoning appeal for outdoor dining without providing additional off-street parking at the Thursday, June 16th hearing.  ZHB ruled that Xilantro had the right to variance by estoppel since the Township issued a building permit and construction activity commenced on the outdoor dining area in 2008 prior to the current outdoor dining permit policy.
