Learn About 'Saving Hallowed Ground' In Radnor Tuesday Night

A free program allows residents to learn about Radnor's War Memorial and its recent restoration.

Saving Hallowed Ground is a program started locally to save our monuments and memorials and remember those who sacrificed their lives for us.

On Tuesday, May 15, the Radnor Historical Society and the Bateman Gallagher American Legion Post 668 are presenting a program that starts at the War Memorial and then moves to the Winsor Room of the Radnor Memorial Library. 

There will be a at 6:30 p.m.

Following that at 7 p.m., the program in the library will focus on the history and restoration of the War Memorial, as well as the history of Gold Star Members, and will feature several different speakers.

The events are free and open to the public.
