Agnes Irwin's Bel Cantos to Perform at 32nd International Day of Peace Concert

The Agnes Irwin School’s a cappella group, the Bel Cantos, will perform at the 32nd annual International Day of Peace Concert in The Kimmel Center’s Verizon Hall on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at 7 p.m.

Sponsored by The Harmony for Peace Foundation and open to the public, patrons can observe a day of peace and cultural exchange with performances by The Agnes Irwin School, The Philadelphia Girls’ and Boys’ Choir and “Duo Amal,” an Israeli-Palestinian piano duo who have been performing together to promote peace and friendship beyond borders.

“I am both proud and honored that the Bel Cantos have been invited to perform in the same concert with virtuosos from around the world,” said Murray Savar, Music Coordinator at The Agnes Irwin School.
