Joseph Santoliquito was living in Wayne; his son is a Radnor Police Detective.

Joseph R. Santoliquito, 84, died on Nov. 25. He was living in the Wayne Nursing Home, but was originally from South Philadelphia and Darby Township.

Santoliquito's son James is a Detective with the Radnor Township Police Department. His son Joseph is a former contributor to Radnor Patch.

"That was the kind of guy he was," Joseph told Philly.com. "He was basically a regular guy who liked to have fun... He had a great sense of humor, and he was a hell of a dancer. You had to get to know him. It took a little prodding to loosen him up, but then he became the life of the party."
