Recent PECO Outages

On 9/8/13 about 400 PECO customers were w/o power from about 9 am-2pm. Also a short outage a few days previously. Wondering why, but reluctant to be one of hundreds that could disrupt PECO's phone lines. I'd like to know why the power went out, suggest PECO give the reason with their automated call system at same time it's used to inform us that power is restored. Surprised RP did not comment on the outage(s).
