Vote: Best Back to School Picture

Check out all these great back to school pictures from your neighbors and vote on which one you think is the best.

These are great pictures. Thanks to all those parents for uploading your back to school pictures.

Now that we have all the pictures in, it’s time to choose the best one.

All the pictures are numbered in the caption area. Please vote by giving the photo number in the comments below. We'd also love to know why you think that is the best photo, but all we need for the vote to count is the number.

Voting will end at 9 a.m. Monday. So get in your vote. One vote per person, please.

Preview: This Sunday is Grandparents Day, so let’s celebrate our grandparents with next week’s topic. If you have great pictures of grandparents, find those pictures and check back on Monday.

This is part of Patch’s summer Picture of the Week series, where we ask you for your best pictures on a certain topic each week. We love seeing the pictures you've shared so far and are looking forward to more. The winning submission will get a Patch prize pack, which includes a very soft Patch Tshirt, a baseball cap and maybe some other Patch stuff, but more importantly, you’ll get bragging rights.

We’ll be taking photo submissions each week from 4 a.m. Monday through noon Friday.

#9. Hilarious. All of the other kiddoes were adorable but similar. #9 takes the cake.

#23 seems to me to be the best photo in terms of composition and it definitely makes the point for me.

Number 9 is the funniest but not the best photograph. 23 is good and lets the viewer imagine the story. But I think 13 is the best.

Photo #2 has my vote. It shows both the excitement and the anxiety of starting the school year, particularly with the rain coming down and the boy whose eyes speak to the childhood wonder we all go through. So...photo #2 is the best, and most unique!

# 11 love the composition and has a sentimental side. Lots of great ones, very hard to choose just one!

Thank you proving that Democrats love to defend higher taxes (vs the resultant lower taxes from theRead More lower budget offered by others). Enough said.
Catherine June 12, 2013 at 03:53 am
Glad the Dems are realistically planning for the future. It's also encouraging to know that all ofRead More the candidates actually have children in the public schools. Can't say the same about the Republican ticket which sure says something....
Charlie D. June 18, 2013 at 08:05 am
Gee Catherine perhaps you could explain & list the "realistic" plans in the Dem budgetRead More that were excluded from the Repub budget. Would also be interested to know why having children in Radnor Schools is a good thing....I'd rather have representatives who have pertinent experience and perhaps have grown children who have already been through Radnor....do senior executives or Board members of corporations have children in their company's? What is the benefit to the school children or the Township?
