FINANCIAL PRACTICES UNETHICAL/DECPTIVE: The clinic operates within the letter of the law but their financial practices are unethical and deceptive. They spend much time selling you on their expensive 18 month program but fail to inform you that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THIS IS UNETHICAL.When you are spending thousands of dollars they should verbally inform you that this is so. Instead, you find out the hard way (if you decide to back out of the program before you start it) that in the fine print on the pages of documents that you hurriedly sign at the end of the sales process, is the disclaimer. Of course, they should verbally inform the customer but do not do so as a matter of practice (in my view) fearing that you might think twice and walk out the door to think more about it and perhaps lose the sale. Shameful, greedy and unethical. This is my story and I am complaining to the Better Business Bureau and other medical oversight organizations while I dispute the charges on my credit card and pursue other means. If they lack transparency and honesty in this respect perhaps they do so in other areas as well. BUYER BEWARE!
