According to police, Byrd said, “I got the shit from a house on Glenmary [Road]. I don’t even want it. I will take it back. The guy said I could have it.”

But the property’s owner said he gave no one permission to remove anything, the police report states.

Byrd was charged with theft, trespassing, and possession. Police found a small silver pipe — the type commonly used to smoke crack — in Byrd’s possession.
