Armed Men Carjack SUV at Wayne Apartment Complex, Police Say
An armed robbery took place on Thursday, September 19 around 8:30 p.m. at Radnor Crossing Apartments on Iven Avenue in Wayne.
An armed robbery took place on Thursday, September 19 around 8:30 p.m. at Radnor Crossing Apartments on Iven Avenue in Wayne.
According to police, two men armed with handguns stole a black Range Rover Sport after a man arrived at the complex and got out of his car. The victim, a teenager who lived in the complex, was not injured.
The first man is described as 5’-9” and a light-skinned black man with a “heavy” beard (no mustache) in his 20's wearing beige pants and a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt.

The second man is described as a light-skinned black man with a “heavy” beard (no mustache) in his 20's wearing a red sweatshirt and unknown color pants.
The second man drove away in the Range Rover and the first man drove away in a tan-colored sedan.

Because of the violence of the crime, “We have a high level of concern,” Lt. Christopher Flanagan said.
