Bryn Mawr Man Faces 29 Counts of Child Pornography Possession

A man accused of fabricating the identity of a teenage girl to get other young girls to send him naked photographs of themselves over the Internet waived his preliminary hearing on Thursday, reports the Delco Times.

Andrew J. Milligan III, 35, of the Bryn Mawr section of Radnor Township, waived his preliminary hearing on 29 counts of possession of child pornography and the criminal use of a communications facility along with one count of corruption of minors, the newspaper reports.

According to the affidavit of probable cause, Milligan, who is reportedly employed by a European bank, allegedly told investigators he’d been viewing images of child pornography “for years," the Delco Times reports.
