Cops: Man on LSD Took Walk with Machetes

A man was seen walking near the intersection of Donna Lane and South Devon Avenue swinging two machetes.

A man who police say was on LSD was seen walking around Radnor Township on Thursday swinging machetes.

Initial reports came in around 11:40 a.m., The Daily News said, reporting a man walking near the intersection of Donna Lane and South Devon Avenue swinging two machetes.

Then, NBC reported, the man walked into a house on Donna Lane. According to multiple media reports, when Radnor Township Police arrived, they found the man kneeling on the floor in front of the machetes.

He jumped up when police confronted him, The Daily News said, and police had to use pepper spray to subdue him. At that point the man told police, "I took LSD," The Daily News said.

The man, whom police did not identify, was taken to Bryn Mawr Hospital.
