Cyclist Charged with DUI
He was involved in an accident Tuesday around 5:30 p.m. in downtown Wayne.
A Devon man has been charged with Driving Under the Influence on a bicycle after being involved in an accident Tuesday around 5:30 p.m. in downtown Wayne.
Jeremy Beckman, 35, of Devon, was charged with DUI, Careless Driving, and Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic after he got into an accident involving two cars on Lancaster Avenue near the Wayne movie theater.
Beckman was taken to Paoli Trauma Center for treatment of the injuries he sustained in the accident.
