Details Scarce in Radnor Rape Accusation

A teenager says she was sexually assaulted by a 63-year-old man.

Radnor Police are not commenting on an accusation of rape that was made last week by a teenager from Montgomery County against a Bryn Mawr man.

According to a source who has knowledge of the accusation, a 17-year-old girl from the town of Souderton says she met a man online, sent him nude photos of herself, and was raped when she came to his home.

The accused man, who lives in the 300 block of Highland Lane in the Bryn Mawr section of Radnor Township, has not been charged with any crime, but the police have investigated, the source told Radnor Patch.

Further, the man stated that the sex between the two was consensual and that the girl said she was of legal age.

Radnor Police would neither confirm nor deny any of the above statements.
