The warrant was from New Jersey. According to Lt. Andy Block of Radnor Police, the man had made threats against a police department in New Jersey over a custody dispute involving his children.

Block said the man made numerous threats on Sept. 26 in the vein of "he's going to be coming" and "people should get their guns." The SWAT team, and the precaution to close a lane of traffic, were because of the possibility that the man, who rented a home there, was armed.

William Gibson, 36, was cooperative with police during the incident, Block said. He was remanded to Delaware County Prison awaiting extradition to New Jersey.
