Police Blotter: Indecent Exposure on the Radnor Trail, Harassment at VFMAC

Police make charges of indecent exposure, harassment.

A Wayne man exposed himself to a woman on the Radnor Trail around 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 17, according to Radnor Township police.

Brian R. Berry, 37, has been charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness and harassment.

The victim was a Wayne woman who immediately reported the crime. Police stopped Berry in his car on Brooke Road minutes after they were called.

Berry posted bail–10 percent of $50,000–after being arraigned by District Justice John Tuten.

A tactical officer at told Radnor Police that his employment at the school was terminated after he allegedly kicked a cadet in the ribs.

According to the incident report, a 19-year-old cadet from New Jersey came to the police station to report that Diago Rubio, 23, of Conshohocken, kicked the cadet once in his ribs as he did pushups during the evening of Feb. 1.

Rubio will be cited for harassment, according to police.
