After answering a few questions, the man took off on his scooter up and driveway and into a home’s back yard. He then ditched the scooter and jumped over a fence, the officer following. Eventually the police officer wrestled Bork to the ground and handcuffed him.

He told police that he had dropped off a hand truck at Chanticleer and then parked his car on Maplewood Avenue, rode his scooter to Chanticleer with a backpack full of tools, and climbed over a gate into the property. He said he gathered five stone faces and a two-foot-tall ornamental rooster. He left the six items near the roadway on Church Road and was en route to taking his scooter back to his car when he encountered the police officer.
