Police Briefs: Drug Possession

Reports on Marijuana and prescription pill possession.

The following information comes from the Radnor Township Police Department:

 

  • Arthur Gary Bryer, 58, of Wayne, has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Misbranding of Controlled Substances after police found multiple bottles and other containers filled with prescription drugs in his home.

  • Joseph Leo Prater, 34, of Rosemont, has been charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after he was found driving just after smoking marijuana out of a Granny Smith apple on July 21 around 10:30 a.m. at Boxwood and Rolling roads in Rosemont.

 

  • Erik C. Lowell, 26, of Langhorne, has been charged with Possession of an Illegal Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after police say he admitted to smoking Percocet off of foil in the parking lot of CVS in Wayne on July 17 just before midnight.
