Police Expect to Announce Criminal Charges in Crash

The two teenagers were struck and seriously injured. 15-year-old Kelson D'Ambra continues to recooperate from his injuries. Mary-Elizabeth O'Reilly-Gindhart, also struck, has since returned to Radnor High School.
The 2001 Nissan Altima is owned by 34-year-old Tanisha Johnson of Philadelphia, according to the Radnor Township police incident report. There were four people in the car, including Johnson, on the Monday morning, according to the report.

The accident occured shortly before 7 a.m.
Radnor Police superintendent William Colarulo recently said that he has "concerns about the condition" of the car that ran over the teenagers.
