Radnor Man Gets House Arrest for Child Porn Possession

Andrew J. Milligan III, 36, will have to register as a sex offender for 15 years under Megan's Law.

A Radnor banker on Monday was sentenced to house arrest and probation for posing as a teenage girl to solicit sexual photos from children online.

Andrew J. Milligan III, 36, of the 100 block of Locust Grove Road in the Bryn Mawr section of the township, was sentenced to 11.5 months of supervised home monitoring, the Delco Times reported. He will also serve 11.5 months probationary supervision and a concurrent seven years probation, the Delco Times said.

Milligan, who faced 29 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communications facility, pleaded guilty in February to one count of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communications facility. Both are felonies in the third degree, the Delco Times said.

Milligan posed as a teenage girl online, the Delco Times said, and convinced teen girls to send him nude or partially nude photos.

Milligan will have to register as a sex offender for 15 years under Megan's Law, the Delco Times said.
