Radnor Police Make Arrest in Villanova Stalking
Radnor Police say it's possible there are other victims, and urged anyone who might have information pertaining to the case to come forward.
Radnor Township Police on Tuesday announced that they had arrested a Megan's Law offender in connection with a stalking case at Villanova University.
Kornwell Chan, 39, is charged with three counts of criminal trespass and 10 counts each of stalking, harassment and trespass, NBC reported, all stemming from events that allegedly occurred in Fall 2013.
CBS says that Chan is accused of stalking a 21-year-old Villanova student inside the university's library on 10 different occasions in September and October.
Chan pleaded guilty in December 2012 of stalking a Montgomery County woman and breaking into her home and stealing her underwear, CBS said. In addition, he used a camera to look up women's skirts at the King of Prussia mall, NBC said.
