UPDATE: Radnor High School Briefly Under Lockdown Tuesday
The district said that students at both Radnor Middle School and Radnor Elementary School were moved indoors, also out of an abundance of caution.
Radnor High School was briefly under lockdown Tuesday afternoon following a report of a man with a rifle on Lancaster Avenue, district officials said.
Officials at Radnor High School heard a police scanner report about a man with a rifle around 2 p.m. Tuesday, and the school was put under a Level 1 lockdown as a precautionary measure.
The district said that students at both Radnor Middle School and Radnor Elementary School were moved indoors, also out of an abundance of caution.
Radnor Police apprehended an individual carrying an authentic-looking water gun, the district said.
All lockdowns have been lifted.
