Thefts: iPhone from Restaurant, Laptop from School

Read about some of the recent thefts reported in Radnor Township.

The following incident reports were provided by Radnor Township Police Department.

  • An iPhone valued at $400 was reported stolen from Yang Ming restaurant in Bryn Mawr. A customer said the phone disappeared around 9 p.m. on Feb. 10 from a table in the restaurant.
  • A university-provided laptop was stolen from a backpack left in the common area of a dorm at Villanova University on Feb. 11, a student reported.
  • A 45-year-old woman from Yardley was cited with retail theft after police say she tried to steal a pair of shoes valued at $150 from TJ Maxx in St. Davids on Feb. 12.
  • A street sign for Brook Street (at Landover Road) in Bryn Mawr has been reported missing.
  • A resident of South Ithan Avenue in Rosemont reported that he saw a car full of young adults throw a case of empty beer cans on the property of a neighbor on Feb. 16.
