Villanova Home Burgled Sunday Night

The homeowner was in the house during the crime.

A nighttime burglary took place Sunday, December 18, in the 100 block of Woodstock Road in the Villanova section of Radnor Township, according to the Radnor Township Police Department.

The burglary was discovered by the homeowner as it was happening just after 9:20 p.m.

According to police, someone entered the home through a rear ground floor door. When the homeowner encountered the burgler, the homeowner told him to leave immediately.

The burgler was last seen fleeing the house through the front door.

The victim described the perpetrator as a thin black male wearing a gray or blue sweatshirt with writing on the front. The man is described as being in his late teens to early twenties.
