'Adelberger' Developer Wins Impervious Zoning Request

Cas Holloway III, the local developer who is redeveloping the Louella Mansion, is also working on a plan to construct townhouses on the property.

On June 21 Holloway was in front of Radnor Township's Zoning Hearing Board to argue that a lot’s right-of-way should not figure into the calculation of impervious surface, reports Main Line Media News.
