Development Proposed for Ardrossan Estate

A presentation for a proposed development for the 311-acre Ardrossan Estate will go in front of Radnor Township's Planning Commission on Monday, August 5.

The proposed project includes 87 residential units with 46 acres of common open space, according to the meeting agenda.

The meeting will take place at 7 p.m. at Radnor's municipal building. No action is required of the Planning Commission at that meeting.
