Today, our five things come from tonight’s Radnor Board of Commissioners’ meeting agenda, which contains many interesting items including:

1. Approval for Certificate of Appropriateness for Louella Mansion. A developer wants to build one 24 car underground garage with trash room, ramp, and steps attached to the existing building.

2. The Rising Above Award Program is a new program being created that would recognize the efforts of community organizations, businesses, residents and township employees.

3. Radnor released its 2011 road paving schedule. You might live in a street that will get a nice smooth surface: South Aberdeen Avenue, Aldwyn Lane, Arthur Road, Chandler Lane, Drakes Drum Drive, Fairview Drive, Fariston Road, Fenimore Lane, Haymarket Lane, Iven Avenue, Lowrys Lane, School Lane, Sunny Hill Road, Upper Gulph Road, Valley Forge Road, and Valley Forge Terrace.

4. subdivision at the corner of Glenmary Lane and King of Prussia Road is subdividing some of its lane and creating a two-lot subdivision there.

5. The commissioners will be adopting employee salaries, including changes to current salaries, which are publicly listed.
