On Tuesday night Radnor Township's Planning Commission voted to recommend approval of a proposed redevelopment plan for one of Wayne's most historic and iconic buildings, Louella Mansion, reports Main Line Media News.
have had big concerns about the project, including an "underground" parking garage that they say would adversely affect the small residential street.
