The Radnor Township Planning Commission had a busy night on Tuesday.
According to Main Line Media News:
- The commission gave final approval to a plan to subdivide an existing parcel at 615 Newtown Road into eight residential lots with a private cul-de-sac road.
- It approved the amending of athletic field light standards in the Public Land Use District.
- The commission voted to not recommend a plan by BioMed that included 91-foot-tall buildings as many as 2,0000 more parking spaces.
- It amended a sub-section of the outdoor dining ordinance that lists set-back distances near residential zoning.
