Outdoor Dining, Planned Laboratory-Office District Reviewed by Radnor Planners

BioMed wanted to add 2,000 more parking spaces in properties along King of Prussia Road.

The Radnor Township Planning Commission had a busy night on Tuesday.

According to Main Line Media News:

  • The commission gave final approval to a plan to subdivide an existing parcel at 615 Newtown Road into eight residential lots with a private cul-de-sac road.
  • It approved the amending of athletic field light standards in the Public Land Use District.
  • The commission voted to not recommend a plan by BioMed that included 91-foot-tall buildings as many as 2,0000 more parking spaces.
  • It amended a sub-section of the outdoor dining ordinance that lists set-back distances near residential zoning.
