Preserving Pennsylvania: A Workshop for Communities

The event is open to the public.

Preservation Pennsylvania is partnering with the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission, PennDOT and the Delaware County Planning Department to host a workshop in Media on Saturday, February 11 at 9 a.m.

Presented in partnership with the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission (PHMC),  PennDOT and the Delaware County Planning Department, the workshop brings together preservationists and historical society representatives from across southeastern Pennsylvania to discuss strategies to preserve and protect places that matter.

Leading experts in preservation, planning and transportation will provide attendees with the tools to protect, preserve and enhance historic resources.

The workshop will take place at the Government Center Building, Delaware County Council Meeting Room, 201 W. Front Street, from 9 a.m. to noon. Registration will begin at 8:30am.

In the event of inclement weather, the workshop will be held Saturday, February 25.
