Radnor Tax Payers Get 3.21 Percent Increase

The Radnor School Board voted along party lines for the 2012-13 budget.

The Radnor Township School Board adopted its 2012-13 budget on Tuesday night, which will levy a tax of 21.8227 mills per $1,000 of assessed real estate value, reports Main Line Media News.

According to the newspaper, the vote went along party lines with Republican members Patricia Booker, Susan Michaelson and Chuck Madden opposing the $82.9 million budget.

Democrats Brucie Rapoport, Rob Armstrong, Lisa Borowski, Kimm Doherty, Lydia Solomon and Eric Zajac voted in favor of the budget and tax hike.
