Stormwater Fee Set for Radnor Property Owners

Starting next year, everyone in Radnor Township will start paying a stormwater fee that will fund infrastructure to manage rain water.

Starting next year, everyone in Radnor Township will start paying a stormwater fee that will fund infrastructure to manage rain water.

On Monday the Board of Commissioners voted to adopt a stormwater ordinance fee that starts with $29 per up to 7,000-square-foot unit, reports Main Line Media News.

The fee amount will increase for at least 43,560 square feet of property, equalling four units. 

Republican commissioners Kevin Higgins (Ward 2) and Donald Curley (Ward 6) opposed the ordinance, the newspaper reports.
