'Suburban' Building Developer Hits Zoning Snag
Proposed signage for the redeveloped property is at issue.
The developer of the Suburban Building at 134 North Wayne Avenue hit a road bump at Radnor Township's Zoning Hearing Board this month, reports Main Line Media News.
Developer Brad Palmer did not ask for all the variances the building apparently needs, so he could return again to appeal for zoning relief as early as December.
