Radnor Parents Invited to Parent Involvement Night, Oct. 17

The informative Radnor Township School District event features sessions on a variety of topics with new subjects including mindfulness, ADHD, social media and iPads.

All Radnor Township School District parents are invited to hear directly from administrators, teachers, professional staff and special guests during the informative and interactive Parent Involvement Night on Thursday, Oct. 17 from 6:30-9 p.m. at Radnor Middle School, 150 Louella Ave.

The fifth annual event attracted more than 200 attendees last year and features new sessions on mindfulness, drug and alcohol awareness, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, social media, and iPads, among others. The complete list of programming can be found at http://bit.ly/RTSDPIN13.

All presentations will take place on Radnor Middle School's second floor and be repeated throughout the night to allow attendees to get the most from the event. Stations will also be open all evening to provide information on elementary literacy, student health, English Language Learning and more. Beverages and appetizers will be served.

Parents are asked to pre-register by Tues., Oct. 15 at http://bit.ly/PIN2013register to allow district officials to prepare for all attendees. Pre-registration also allows for complimentary childcare to be provided for school-age children.
