2011 Philadelphia Apraxia Walk/5K Run/Family Fun Day

Registration begins at 8am.  5K timed, trail run through the scenic George Lorimer Preserve (part of the Open Land Conservancy of Chester County) which backs up to the Valley Forge Educational Services Campus begins at 9am for ages 10 and up.  Walk begins at 9:15am on the Campus.  Family Fun Day starts at 9:45am.  Plenty of food, drinks, and fun activities for the kids!  Parking for all 3 events is at Valley Forge Educational Services.  Follow signs to the registration table.  Registration for the walk is $10 for kids and $20 for adults.  All runners are $20.  Please register or start a team at www.apraxia-kids.org/phillywalk.   All donations for the Walk/5K Trail Run are used to support The Childhood Apraxia of Speech Association of North American which is a registered 501c3 public charity.  Their mission is raise awareness, provide support and fund research into effective treatment for apraxia, a severe speech disorder.  Questions?  Call Wendy Brooks at 610-725-8815 or Lia Gorman at 610-296-2330.
